Dr Veronica Johnston (She/Her)
PRINCIPAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Veronica holds dual qualifications as a clinical psychologist and registered teacher. She has over 15 years experience working with children and adolescents, providing emotional, educational, and behavioural support to her clients as well as their family and schools. Veronica also has a passion for women's mental health and works with many adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

Maddison Jarratt (She/Her)
PRINCIPAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Maddison is a registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), as well as a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC) with the Australia and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED). Maddison brings a warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and CBT-E.
With a focus on supporting individuals across the lifespan, Maddison has a particular interest in working within the perinatal space, as well as helping parents navigate the unique mental health challenges of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. She is also passionate about working with neurodiverse clients, supporting them in overcoming social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, and helping them thrive in their unique strengths.
In addition to these areas, Maddison has a special interest in sports performance, working with athletes to enhance resilience, improve focus, and achieve peak performance. Her approach is tailored to each client, addressing both personal and professional growth.

Dr Nicole Sloan (She/Her)
PSYCHOLOGIST
Nicole is a clinical psychologist who completed her Doctor of Psychology at Deakin University. Alongside her training as a psychologist, Nicole is also a qualified psychiatric nurse with over ten years of experience working in forensic psychiatry. During this time, she supported adults with serious mental illnesses and complex needs, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges faced in this area.
While Nicole has a broad foundation of knowledge, including an interest in the intersection of mental and physical health, her primary focus lies in the trauma space. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate the impact of trauma on their lives and has undertaken advanced training in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), among others. Nicole is committed to providing compassionate, effective care tailored to the unique needs of each person she works with.

Adam is a warm and engaging, person-centred psychologist, who uses evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focussed Therapy. Tamsyn White
SENIOR PSYCHOLOGIST, BOARD APPROVED SUPERVISOR & ASSESSMENT TEAM LEAD
Tamsyn is a warm, practical, and highly experienced Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families to better understand their strengths, challenges, and support needs. With over 20 years in the field, she is passionate about helping the people she works with feel seen, heard, and understood - especially those who may experience the world differently due to neurodivergence, learning difficulties, or emotional distress.
In addition to her therapeutic work, Tamsyn is skilled, compassionate, and experienced in designing and delivering comprehensive psychological assessments, including for Autism, ADHD, learning differences, and mental health concerns. Her approach is clear, compassionate, and collaborative – empowering individuals and families with the knowledge and tools they need to access support at home, school/work, and in the community.
In therapy, Tamsyn draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play-based interventions, and EMDR Therapy. She works flexibly and creatively to meet each individual where they’re at, always tailoring support to their individual needs and goals.

Jarryd is a registered psychologist with experience working in community health and family violence. He brings a friendly and warm approach to working with people. He draws on evidence-based interventions, particularly in cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, to support change and well-being. Tiarna is a registered psychologist who brings a wealth of experience from both forensic and community mental health settings. She works primarily with adults and has a strong background supporting individuals involved in the criminal justice system, as well as those facing complex and high-risk challenges such as co-occurring mental health and substance use issues. Her approach is client-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. She draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), tailoring her interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Yvie is a skilled social worker providing comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals seeking enhanced well-being. Her practice is informed by extensive experience within diverse community settings. She utilises a holistic approach that is grounded in systems theory, which allows her to work with individuals and understand the many interconnected systems that influence their lives.
Yvie's clinical approach is firmly established in trauma-informed principles and integrates therapeutic modalities and theories, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory. Lauren is a provisional psychologist completing her final placement in the Master of Psychology (Clinical). Candice is a Social Worker with almost 15 years of experience. She has worked supporting families and children across complex areas of need including mental health, family violence, school refusal, AOD dependence and disability access.
Candice is an experienced group facilitator with a passion for supporting parents to meet the needs of their families from infancy through to adolescence. She also loves to support children and young people through LEGO based Therapy programs to develop their language skills, improve their relationships and have a sense of pride in the things they can do. Candice believes therapeutic intervention should be fun and meaningful.
When not in the office Candice loves getting into nature, particularly traveling to the lands of her husband and children, Bundjalung Country.

Carla is an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with experience predominantly with adults however has also worked across the life span from kindergarten children all the way through to the aged care population. Carla will be carrying a mixed caseload of adults and children, and comes with skills and expertise in different areas across the lifespan.

Danyel has worked in the health & wellbeing space for over 15 years. Her drive to get to the bottom of your health challenges is relentless and her ability to join the dots connecting symptoms to cause is exceptional. This woman reads medical journals for the fun of it and is constantly building on her knowledge bank of functional testing and clinically relevant data. Buoyed by the belief that better health is achievable for all if you just know where to look and what tools to use, she makes it her business to help her patients feel seen and heard in their time with her. Hansali De Silva
AUDIOLOGIST
Hans is a Clinical Audiologist with over 15 years of experience, who has worked extensively across diagnostic hearing assessments, hearing device fittings, pre-employment hearing checks and Victorian Workcover hearing services. Hans completed her undergraduate degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from Bangalore University in 2006, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Audiology from the University of Melbourne in 2009. She has worked as a Clinical Audiologist and Clinical Trainer in Sri Lanka and spent nearly 15 years at Amplifon Melbourne, where she gained valuable experience and had the opportunity to coach and mentor intern audiologists and support many junior audiologists in their professional development.
More recently, she has branched out into Paediatric Audiology—a space she has found incredibly rewarding. She is passionate about helping children through timely hearing assessments, supporting early identification of hearing issues, and guiding parents and caregivers through the process. Being part of a multidisciplinary care team to support children with speech and language delays, behavioural concerns, or academic issues, and contributing to the best outcomes for each child, is something she truly cares about.

With a strong background as a psychologist and in administration, Alyce is dedicated to creating smooth, client-focused experiences at every step. She is passionate about making sure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes so that clients receive the best care possible. Her main focus is on improving processes to keep things running smoothly and ensuring a positive, seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Alyce is also a board approved supervisor. As a psychologist, her main area of interest was in working with adolescents and their families. She can provide supervision to provisional and registered psychologists.

Jaclyn is a big people person. She loves to talk and get to know people! She’ll always endeavour to do her best to help others. She loves learning new things, and takes pride in working to the best of her ability. As a former nurse, caring for others is in her blood!
She is bubbly, caring, kind and always has a smile on her face!
Family is everything to Jaclyn, and her favourite thing in the world is spending quality time with her husband and 3 kids. She enjoys reading, camping in the caravan with family and friends, baking sweet treats, singing to Taylor Swift, and having a wine or two with friends.

Alannah is a warm, approachable presence who genuinely loves making people feel comfortable and cared for. Currently studying psychology, she is passionate about understanding others and creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and truly welcome. Thoughtful and attentive, Alannah takes the time to listen, check-in, and help others feel seen and valued.
